  2010 Art is... elemental
The 2010 Art is… elemental festival delivered a diverse program of events, performances, activities and exhibits. We concentrated our efforts on a smaller program this year and provided a program of high quality and innovative works that were enjoyed by many.

Elemental Market Place was our opening night held in May Park with a strong audience of families enjoying the free drumming workshops, face painting, clown show and paint tent, the artists market and the local band that brought us to the end of the night. And we unveiled our mechanical musical sculpture with a roaming puppet performance.

Refugees Realities was always going to be powerful but we didn’t quite expect the 500 participants to take advantage of the 3 day simulation.

Elemental Expo was a great day for local and regional primary school children and a huge success as the substitue for our usual Schools Workshop.

The spontaneous event, our flash dance in Firebrace Street drew an enormous crowd outside the T[life] building. Local dance school LA Tap & Jazz wowed the crowd to their medley of dance moves and kicked off the school holidays with a funky beat.

The Avind Vakani exhibiton opening and the Times 4 walking tour brought a large group of art enthusiasts out into the streets of Horsham on a big group to enjoy each of the 4 installations created by local artists.
